We also own and operate Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering. Although we are fast and efficient, we never sacrifice quality. If you want to offer your guests both burgers and macaroni and cheese, we will be happy to provide both trucks for your event.
If you are having a sit-down dinner, we can provide table and clean-up services. We can accommodate people who have different dietary needs if you let us know in advance. Our service is seamless, friendly, and professional. If you are serving your food buffet style or if you simply want to hire your own staff to serve your food, we can deliver it to you, or you can simply pick it up at our headquarters.
